摘要(Abstract)：

文章梳理了耶鲁大学巴斯图书馆翻新计划的实施过程,并结合“负责任创新”理念进行分析,以期为高校图书馆的服务创新提供有益参考。通过网络调查法收集并分析耶鲁大学巴斯图书馆翻新计划的相关档案、报道通知及社会反馈,阐述了巴斯图书馆翻新计划的提出背景、实施过程和主要内容。巴斯图书馆翻新计划的案例研究对图书馆实施创新活动的启发和建议包括:聚焦需求,开展扎实论证;透明沟通,平衡各方诉求;凝聚合力,实现多方联动;持续探索,完善创新流程。
This paper reviews the implementation process of the renovation plan for Yale University's Bass Library and analyzes it from the perspective of “responsible innovation” to provide useful references for service innovation in university libraries. By using online survey methods to collect and analyze related archives, news reports, and social feedback on the Bass Library renovation plan, the background, implementation process, and main content of the plan were elaborated. The case study of the Bass Library renovation plan provides insights and recommendations for libraries undertaking innovative activities, including focusing on needs and conducting thorough analysis, ensuring transparent communication and balancing various demands, fostering cohesion and achieving multi-party collaboration, and continuously exploring and improving innovation process.
